31 Great Marlborough Street is the gateway building to Carnaby Street. A prominent corner plot sitting in the thick of the action. The offices are spread over three floors including a large roof terrace on the fourth. This space is ideal for a creative company looking to make a stylish statement of intent for their business.
Our task was to encapsulate the essence of Carnaby as the iconic destination it is as well as creating a campaign that brings to Carnaby the right type of occupier.

What we did
Hairstyles. The way in which we style our hair can identify us to a particular cultural movement, music genre or political party. Carnaby Street has been Soho’s epicentre for cultural ‘trend setters’ since the late 1950’s. The post war generation wanted to be free of the shackles of yester year. When Rock ‘n’ Roll exploded in the 50’s it changed the world and changed modern culture forever. It challenged the establishment, sweeping along with it a wave of young creative people looking to express themselves. Generations of trendsetters would hangout, shop and work in and around Carnaby Street from that point on. Is your business a trend setter?
